Based on the chassis of the new MUDMAN (GW-9500), this watch stands out for its absolute resistance to dust and mud, now with a slimmer profile and a much more advanced display.

Exclusive Details of the “Hippopotamus” Edition

“Mud Skin” Aesthetics: The case and band feature a unique taupe color that mimics the tough skin of the hippopotamus.

Laser Texture: The band has laser engravings that replicate the wrinkles and rough texture of the animal's skin.

Duplex Display: The LCD has overlapping layers. When the compass is activated, the blades overlap the time, creating a stunning tactical visual effect.

Bio Materials: Made from biomass plastics (castor beans and corn), aligning with Earthwatch's conservation mission.

⚠️ REALITY NOTE (Fit and Size)

Is it too big? It's a Master of G, so it has presence. However, the design of the new GW-9500 is surprisingly comfortable. It is lower and sits better on the wrist than the older tactical models.

Readability: Thanks to the double-layer (Duplex) LCD screen, the information is very clear. The screen tone is positive/soft gold, which makes it easy to read in bright sunlight (much better than pure negatives).

Color: It is a “tactical” gray with brown undertones. A very durable color that perfectly conceals dirt and rough use.
