The Casiotron TRN-50ZE embodies the spirit of craftsmanship inspired by the thrill of “creating something from nothing”, the thrill of going from “0” to “1”, the total creativity that brought the world the first Casiotron in 1974. The first wristwatch launched by Casio, the Casiotron was also the world's first digital watch with an automatic calendar function.

The 50th anniversary TRN-50ZE model pays homage to the original, but with a black and gold color scheme that evokes the first flash of light, that spark of handcrafted innovation, in which the creation of new value begins.

The gold color of the bezel, logos and other elements complement the sophisticated look of the dial and dial ring to generate a luxurious design that makes it easy to read the time.

Fine, individual mirror finishes on the stainless steel strap add sophisticated textural appeal. The unique gold-colored link on a black ion-plated strap is a special attention-grabbing touch that flickers like a light that breaks through the darkness and illuminates the path to value innovation. The link also has the word “50th ANNIVERSARY” laser engraved on it.

The case back*1 employs special design features worthy of a limited edition anniversary model. These include an engraved “CASIO 50th ANNIVERSARY” mark surrounded by numerals 0 and 1, capturing Casio's devotion to the art of creating something from nothing.

The watch is presented in special environmentally responsible packaging made from recycled materials, which also includes a cotton pouch for storing accessories.
